What is MARFA LOOKS?
MARFA LOOKS is selected street fashion from Marfa, a small city in West Texas. The pictures are taken in the streets and bars of Marfa from January 2008 onwards.
Why do you do this?
Because we want to document the Marfa fashion scene. Because we want to encourage people to dress individually and create their own styles. Because we want to promote emerging designers. Because we like fashion, clothing, young people and photography. And most of all -- because y'all look great!
Can I use these pictures?
Unfortunately not. We want to respect the people we have photographed. We didn't even ask for permission to publish their pictures on this site, honestly. But if you are the person in the picture, then it's OK!
Why are you part of Marfa Ring?
Because Marfa Ring is the official web presence of this town!
